This one-day course is designed to broaden the knowledge, understanding and benefits of ITIL® Service Management principles within your organisation. It provides a basic grounding in the ITIL® framework and its associated terminology and is especially useful within the broader IT community such as Strategy, Project Management and Implementation. You may also find that selected individuals in your user community who have regular contact with IT can also benefit greatly from this level of ITIL® awareness.
